If the casino did this they would still need to pay the Providers cut, so they would lose a lot more money than just giving him a contract and actually paying him. Smaller casinos restrict streamers with daily fills and don't let them play games that come from providers for this reason, they would literally lose a lot of money doing infinite refills. Casinos are not "infinite money machine" they go broke all the time. The land casinos at las vegas don't go broke because government interference and the RTP being 30-40% compared to 96% of online casinos.

Yeah, if they want to donate do it to smaller streamers they like. A lot of smaller streamers don't make even 500 dollars a month. But they keep giving money to big streamers with contracts of millions.
