You think DEI only exist on the US? LMAO here in Brazil we have quotas for people, they cut the minimum points in texts by more than 20% for "poor and blacks". Every single country has DEI, it is not the US alone. So the chance of your "competent doctor from a foreign country" being DEI is way higher than a US Born Doctor. Because guess what? "Opportunity to work in other countries" is also offered more for people who fit DEI criteria. So you are absolutely wrong even in your fantasy scenario.

Millions of Indians with fake diplomas flooding into the country. The Average IQ from India is 75, the "top 0.1%" from Indian is below the top 20% of any European Country, or China, Japan, Russia, Korea.
