Because they don't care, they literally defend murderers all the time because he looks like them. That's what having 75 IQ means. They can't comprehend things, they are biologically incapable. Until the 90s having an IQ below 90 was considered Mental Retardation. Now they lowered it to 65. Have you seen someone with 65 IQ? They don't know how to speak. We have millions of people walking around, driving, making important decisions that have 80 IQ, people that have Deep Mental Retardation. And people wonder why society is getting worse and worse.
