  2. Except it doesn't work in the Philippines because of anti-war tapping law. Also a deal with the admiral doesn't count for anything when the president is the final authority. This only shows two things - China doesn't understand Philippine law - Not surprising as they do not respect other countries' laws and can't be bothered to learn them and - China doesn't understand chain of command - Again shows their lack of education and arrogance. And the fact that they are so overt about it is hilarious
