  1. Yup. And a lot of people want to leave this "mark" on the world like as if it matters. To them I say walk into a store and go over to where they keep the list of employees of the month - nobody knows them and people only see their names. Ultimately we don't care who they were. And nobody will care who we are when we're long gone. Sad but true.

  2. I was actually thinking about the proliferation of woke culture - a lot of this is backed by large corporations. It's designed to keep us distracted because if we all come to our sense, we would realize as a collective that we are indentured servants. Sad thing is, the left believes in their own pompous self righteousness to realize this simple fact, instead they opt to bash the right and the right also does the same to the left. The rich gets richer and ultimately nothing gets done to help the shrinking middle class.
