Why don't they educate Chinese people about basic hygiene instead of blasting everything with chemicals? Insane.

I'm surprised some people are still investing in China even though investments are lower compared to last year.
16
It's their choice. They're adults and they were warned.
8
Huawei is like a headless cockroach that just refuses to die.
8
I'm noticing a lot of clothing I see is no longer even made in China. Seen clothes made in Vietnam, Mexico, Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines to name a few.
5
They've got a lot to hide. Rather than dealibg with the problem, they opt for quick fixes that only fix the surface but not the underlying issue. It's one of the fatal flaws of their face culture. Problem is they know people can see through it. And if they don't, they're truly delusional.
5
I like how China cares so much about Tesla's safety issues but don't care about the safety of their homegrown products. So ridiculous.
5
The same reason why North Korea owns a school in Japan. To brainwash kids to believing that their host country is the enemy even thought they are there taking advantage of the perks. Pure hypocricy! They should just keep their citizens in China if they cared so much what Chinese living overseas think.
5
Why not add Russia, North Korea, and Iran as well? Since you already have shown your true colors.
4
@lehmanndj Nobody voted for the CCP. They forced themselves down the throats of the Chinese people. In fact a lot of Chinese people died as they consolidated power.
3
Always wanted to visit Taiwan. I have heard nothing but good things about it.
3
Yes but they won't. They like to flaunt their so called "superiority" but the reason why they boomed was because western companies were allowed to invest there. There is no appreciation or gratitude from the CCP.
3
I'm sure Elon knows what he's getting into. And if he wasn't told. It's his problem for wanting a piece of the Chinese market.
2
Instead of targetting China directly, consumers should target businesses that manufacture in China. Hit them where it hurts financially and they'll be forced to manufacture elsewhere. Also, government can impose standards to make sure that the products are ethically produced. The thing is this would apply to countries that use child and forced labour as well. Not just China.
2
It's the only way for them to stay competitive. They know people from other countries won't buy a no name Chinese knock off outside of China. So rather than compete with overseas companies, China peddles it's own crap to its own people, forcing out the competition from overseas so locals can patronize their home grown knocknoff businesses.
2
It's all about controlling the narrative. They always want to make themselves look good even though they look ridiculous doing it.
2
China loves to talk shit to Japan and South Korea and now they want to play the race card and forget all the crap China did to them. So beyond ridiculous.
1
Petitions in China = controlled opposition. The government only wants to weed out potential threats. They won't do anything to actually help those who have grievances with the government.
1
@UnknownUnknown-hg7xg China has little to no chance of picking up. Too many financial issues and counter intuitive regulations thanks to their government. And those rules are here to stay. Even seasoned investors know this. Why do you think China isn't getting a lot in foreign investment as compared to the previous years?
1
Apparently, he might me banned from entering China.
1
Given the WHO's serious lack of credibility, I don't understand why it isn't disbanded. It clearly has no value.
1
That car will probably barely be able to cover the cost. It's already depreciated and he still has to pay ongoing rent and wages.
1
@noblesgunjie8450 It's going to be harder considering they've gotten slapped with tarrifs by countries like the US. Hell, even Chinese companies are leaving China and going to places like Vietnam. But I agree, they can just lie. Unless you cross-reference and look up the company and country of origin online, you won't know. I check when I have doubts myself. I've definitely heard them use the "made in Korea" bit to lie about selling stuff to other countries but it's actually made in China.
1
It's kind of already happening. Why do you think they go crazy when a high level official visits Taiwan?
1
Why not investigate ALL US money being invested into China? This is a stupid ongoing issue that never seems to end. Greedy corporate bastards!
1
These US cities importing trains from China are a serious lawsuit waiting to happen.
1
@tkw3864 Obviously not. They imported Chinese made trains that are already showing problems. I'm clearly smarter than they are. I would buy from Japan or South Korea. Hi Wumao.
1
They never do. When China booms economically they leave, when China's economy busts, they leave. There's absolutely nothing good in that God forsaken country.
1
Because it's all propaganda. Look at what China does not at what they say.
1
Anytime the Chinese say "they won't politicize" anything, they inevitably do. They're not very good at lying.
1
It's all propaganda with no facts and figures to back it up.
1
That flag-raising was done in such bad taste. What the hell were they thinking? They seriously need to stop taking bribes in the US.
1
China finding excuses for fake vaccines in circulation really goes to show the extent of their incompetence and inability to adhere to world standards. What else is new?
1
@Keepskatin Then move to those countries and get the hell out of America you dolt!
1
Wishful thinking and it will never ever happen.
1
@barrywong4327 I don't consider the government having complete access to my account as "world leading". It's just more efficient authoritarianism
1
How the hell did a Chinese national cast their vote? Who checks if they're even US citizens? Sounds like a comedy show.

"A people who show surprising sensitivity of feeling and at the same time appall us with their seeming crudity of instinct, accomplished in craftsmanship yet living ever in houses falling to pieces, alert in business yet unable to make a success or large business themselves, quoting proverbs about truth in every breath and not to be believed in anything, always exasperating us and then mollifying our exasperation with a talent all their own, always busy and never getting anything done - four hundred million of them, upon a background of green paddies seen through slow rain, swirling yellow rivers with bobbing junks and rattan sails, above and through all the smell of a damp moldiness amid spiced cooking - that is China and the Chinese." - "Ways that are dark" by Ralph Townsend (On 1930's China)
1
@longsleevethong1457 wouldn't know. I have never owned Nokia after the early 2000's.
1
They should be disbanded. They are utterly useless and just another avenue for corruption.
