  1. A coworker of mine who is also Japanese said that one can't just apply to work in the Lexus manufacturing plant. The people who end up working there have high seniority and have been working with Toyota for years. They must know the ins and outs of working in the car manufacturing industry and what better way than to go from the Toyota division.
