  2. I'm Filipino and the footage shown here looks like the provincial rural areas. It's really rough out there. There are "bad" parts in the city centers as well. But you can at least choose where to live versus in a makeshift hut in the middle of nowhere. Also, not all provincial areas are like this. Some areas are more developed than others.
