  1. I'm a millennial and I agree with Gen Z. As someone who has been in the work force long enough to understand how things are out there. They're absolutely right. People who get promoted aren't the most hard working. The hard working people get rewarded with MORE hard work and they don't get recognized for it other than the occasional "thank you" from the boss. That's it.

  2. No it's not. It's about creating a culture that rewards said hard work and promotes fairness. But that's not what we see in the real world. It's all politics and ego.
