  1. I don't understand why everyone thinks China was so much better off before the Communists came into power. They've always been a chaotic, immoral mess. Most Chinese have always been atheists. Despite what everyone thinks, most Chinese don't practice Buddhism or any form of religion. This has held true for over a hundred years.
