I was thinking the same thing. These are Chinese working for Chinese company IN Africa. Africans aren't getting those jobs. They discriminate against others even in countries that aren't their own.

@stheworldturns Shoddy construction does not count as a step up. When you pay someone to do something you expect it done right - Otherwise, how are they different from the Europeans based on your argument? They took money under the guise of these "construction projects" that can cause damage and even kill some people. How is that better?

@RCXDerp It's not going to stop these "self-proclaimed experts" from doing their sub par construction projects. They work for the sake of work and don't even put in the bare minimum when it comes to construction standards that's why the buildings they make fall at such a frequent occurrence. The only ones who benefit are these SOE's and the people who are supposed to use these structures are now in danger.

@brianliew5901 Americans. Chinese and Indians are both notorious for cutting corners. If you're trying to make a case for Chinese workers you will fail.
