If she truly wanted to keep the oil for recycling, then why not put it in a separate receptacle? Why throw it in the garbage to get later? I don't understand their lack of logic when it comes to this. It's truly bizarre. Restaurants in the West have containers for oil that has been used because it can't be thrown down the drain by law since it clogs pipes and is harder to filter out even in the treatment plant.

If you have to say "you're for the people" or "you're for justice" without actually defining what those terms are, it's all bs. And people love to talk nonsense and virtue signal. This is why "actions speak louder than words". "According to our standards, it is a melancholy truth that nearly every single word and gesture in China having the outward semblance of squareness, sincerity, loyalty and truth is a hollow rite, while the only genuine consistencies of words with actions are those in the field of rascality." - "Ways that are dark: The Truth About China" by Ralph Townsend (Former US Consul who lived in 1930s China)
