  1. Actually based on my experience, people who have family to support tend to work harder than younger people. Younger people aren't as attached to the idea of holding a job because they don't have anyone depending on them.

  4. Most people who work in real estate don't make a lot of money. That's only the top 1%. And this goes in a lot of industries such as the financial industry.
