It's literally so many things happening all at once that you can no longer tell what caused what.

They don't. That's no secret.

Difference is when you work long hours in the US, you get paid for it. You don't in China.
4
And yet the government keeps acting like it does...go figure.
2
Nobody is forced to work those hours in the US. US has labor laws, if they work those hours they get paid overtime. Chinese don't. Why even mention it?

@t3knoman00 Yes. Actually, when they say we want x, y, and z, they're essentially giving everyone the impression of getting a "fair shot" when in actuality there is no "fairness". It's all about whether the person hiring you likes you.
2
@lauriewise6271 They did it to themselves by allowing their government to have say over everything. You think they care if others suffer? They even make fun of people because of it.

There are physical jobs that they need to vet if you are physically capable of handling the work. But push ups are a little extreme. Let them lift 50lbs in succession ten times in a row. That's more reasonable.
1
@rejvaik00 A downfall of these "standardized tests" is the complete lack of critical thinking. They want drones who work without question. Not exactly the best way to utilize people's talents.
1
Lots of officials don't even do a "job". They sit pretty collecting from state funds to splurge on whatever they want.

Revolutions are a part of human history. Resurgences happen.

@CoffeeAndPaul "Eat bitter" - code for we can't change your dire circumstances. Deal with it yourself and stop bugging those of us in government. We don't care.

Deepseek is GPT 4. Not something to be proud of.

Whenever they translate to English, they translate their metaphors to English as well. Problem is it doesn't make sense to non Chinese speakers. So it just sounds like gibberish to those who don't understand the cultural context.
1
@dominysynclair Never heard of this trend in America.
1
Get over yourself.
1
Fallen back? It was always there, especially in China.
1
@Ed_Gein_crafts Used to be? The only thing that ever changes in China are their leaders. The way they rule is always the same. Their history has so many examples of tyranny.
1
Don't they communicate expectations to workers? This only goes to show the lack of direction and the fact that employers don't even know what they want from workers. Why don't they just set targets? If they hit those reasonable targets, they should be let of work.

Hi fellow hill billie. What's up?

CCP sympathizers never stop responding to "Western propaganda"
