  1. People seriously need to stop talking about China's past like as if it was so much better. Under the KMT, China was already corrupt. And they weren't that much better under a lot of their Emperors. They've always been ruled with an iron fist and have always been corrupt which is why they went through so many dynastic changes. People inevitably get sick and tired of corruption and rebellions happen.
