  1. Lots of Chinese paid for houses that aren't even made. So they're paying for rent and a mortgage and they're only getting one out of the two. I'd say that's a pretty crappy deal over all.

  2. Same can be said for any criminal activity - they're always able to get away. Those who are victimized aren't allowed to pursue them nor are allowed to publicly express grievances. That's how lawless China is.
