  1.  @myintmaunmaun  There are other places to live: Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Greece, Italy, Belize, etc to name a few. People aren't starved for choice. If you still choose China then there's clearly something wrong with you.

  3. It's because those houses shouldn't have been price that high to begin with. Everything is based purely on speculation while simultaneously nobody was moving into those houses. Where did they think people moving in was going to come from? The Chinese don't even know where they are in terms of demographics so how can they tell if their property will sky rocket?
