  2. My uncle visited China years ago. And he was underwhelmed by the food there. The best Chinese food he's ever had have been outside of China.

  4. I love the fact that you call the Chinese on their bullshit. They honestly think so highly of themselves like their food when there are much spicier cuisines out there that can easily blow their spices out of the water. All they show is how unsophisticated they are and the fact that they think everything revolves around them.

  5. "You'll never understand China. You're not Chinese" - I don't get why Chinese people say this. What's there to understand about China? How unbelievably backwards they are? How a lot of things in their country don't make sense?

  6. They basically use soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, vinegar, sugar, and maybe sesame oil to season everything which is why it all more or less tastes the same and they call their dishes different names which makes it all the more misleading.
