  1. It's been almost 2 months. They are in fight mode now. They can grieve and still function now. And they are ready for justice. I know. My husband was murdered. I grieved in private, behind closed doors I was sobbing and had trouble doing simple tasks.....yet i Gave interviews like I hadn't shed a single tear. You regain composure when you absolutely must.

  3. No it doesn't. Think. How many crime scenes are cleaned, sold, rented, destroyed, etc. That's why the defense has Motion Discovery. It gives them access to all evidence. It has nothing to do with keeping a crime scene intact. Nothing.
