Cook the food , then let it cool a little (10 minutes), Put in freezer bags, Label it ...JUST WRITE THE DATE YOU COOKED IT, ON THE BAG...THEN FREEZE IT. Easy! It's easy to put it in a microwave! Don't play around with possibly getting bad food.
