North Korea is KNOWN for conducting HORRENDOUS scientific projects on humans. Not that i think Otto , by any means, deserved what happened. He was a kid. Of course he did not deserve what happened to him!!!! I just want EVERYONE to be AWARE, and be CAREFUL when traveling abroad. My prayers are with you and for you, Mr and Mrs Warmbier.
