Well if all the wapons you produce is payed for by the gowerment to sustain the war in ukraine, its hardly a good thing for the russian economy !! Russia wapon sales to foreign countries has plummeted, sinse the war started !! The world has seen russian wapons in action and is NOT impressed, that why they have stopped buying their wapons !!

Black sea fleet mostly gone , no missile cruisers left and what is left has been moved cause russia is scared they will lose the rest, if they keep it in Cremia !! The Kharkiv offencive has offcasue failed, and when the west finnaly agrees that Ukraine can use all our wapons in Ukraine, russia will be F..... !!
