  12.  @sudhakarrane7076  No they have not. The IS beat the Taliban in 2 weeks, the then fleed to Pakistan , to late rcome back and start terror attacks against the US and the Civilian population !! The US build 60 0schools and clinics and thousands of miles of roads and gave Afganistan billions in aid ! They educated 300.000 afgan soldiers to take care of security when the US left. But when 65.000 Taliban showed up , the afgan soldiers ran !! Thats hardly on the US who did everything for Afganistan to not be enslaved by the taliban !!
