  14. Nonsense we never offered NATO membership to Ukraine. AND remember it was former russian slave states that RAN to NATO and EU first chance they got . And no we never made any deal about not expanding NATO, and thats just a fact. Such a deal had to be ratified within NATO and that is beyound stupid to claim that we did that !!
