And I think even you can figure out why they ran to NATO ? NATO is a defence pact and NEVER had ANY plans of attacking russia !!!! AND russia has what some 6000 + nukes, so they will be in NO danger of an attack from NATO peroid !! But I will tell you what this is about ! In 2014 Ukraine was about to sign the EU ukraine association agreement, as agreed upon in gowerment !!! But their russian puppet president viktor yanukovych refused by orders from the Kremlin to sign the deal !!! That set of the Maidan ( And not some bs US coup ) The president ended up fleing to russia ! The very next day russia started to annex Cremia, because they knew Ukraine would be "lost " to the EU and russia would not allow Ukraine to seek a better life outside russian influence ! And the wanted to secure Cremia becasue of its stratigic placement, and the oil gas and toruis value is has, and the fact that russias balck fleet ws places there as well !! They also started the uprising in Donbas , russians and criminals started making problems, and faking all kind of nonsense like , geocide of russian speaking people there. They just wanted an uprising beasue of the furtile land and all the natruel resourses Donbas holds, and needed an excuse to invade all of Ukraine later, wich they did on 24.02.2022 !!! Russia is and has allways been a menage to Europe and the world, open you eyes, and read beyound russian lying propaganda pleace !!

Most former russian slave states wanted to be part of NATO to have security that russia would not enslave them yet again !! And there was NO deal that NATO would not let other countries in ! AND Ukraine was never near any NATO membership !!! AND russia had a whole other narrative fr invading Ukraine, the fabricated narrative about Donbas , wich was created by russia themself !! AND please like russia was ever in danger of a NATO invasion, russia has some 6000 nukes , so please stop that lie !! Fact is russia is run by criminals, fear , corrruption and state controlled media. Russians has been enslaved for 500 years, enslavement is all russia offers !! This war was about wanting cremia, and Donbas , and to make sure Ukraine would not better their lives, by becomming EU members !!!!
