There absolutly was reason for russia to blow them up ! At the time of the explosion NS had never been in operation , nor would it ever come into operation, NS 1 was also at the time of expotion not in operation , and would also never agai come into operation !! SOboth was useless to russia ! But by blowing them up and blaming the US , they could use this as propaganda !! And it worked on a lot of people including you !!
