  4. Don't want to be horrible but it's just "Ukraine" now and yes it would be nice if they could have a lot of them. Unfortunately the UK didn't build a lot and has partially lost the ability - not that it couldn't build it back but all at great cost. To me it seems wiser in the end for NATO to choose a standard tank and buy the intellectual property rights so that any country in NATO can make the same tanks locally and still be able to share components, ammunition, etc.

  7. The L119 is a 105mm gun. It's a British design (Light Gun) adapted for the Americans. Not sure why Britain cannot hand over its own light guns which are supposed to have slightly better range but possibly there aren't enough of them. I assume there's a point to it but I worry that they don't have very great range and will only be usable in situations where they are not facing bigger guns.
