  2. Low productivity growth. You can't sit back while other countries improve and expect to be richer.

  3.  @casteretpollux  possibly but ecause we have an environment where investing in productivity is risky and unrewarding and possibly people haven't studied enough or the right subjects to be highly skilled and productive.....? Other countries have rich people too so I think it's a more general attitude here.
