The current flaw with the Constitution is that it is an antiquated piece of parchment that worked out fine when it was drafted by it's framers in 1789, but fast forward 234 years later to present day, and the Constitution, as written, no longer serves the multitude of religions, the complexity of nationalities and cultures, nor the diversity and equalities of gender, sexuality, and marriage in accordance to the Bill of Rights. The Constitution needs to be overhauled, and the Bill of Rights needs amending to represent and reflect current times and the will of the majority of people. The 2nd Amendment right to bear arms is even in drastic need of amending to reflect present day society's world.

  2. The "framers" of the Constitution (James Madison, John Jay, and Alexander Hamilton)drafted it as a guide, a contract by which our nation, America, is to be governed. Article I of the Constitution describes the powers of the two chambers of Congress. Article II describes the powers of the president. Article III describes the power of both the Supreme Court and Federal Courts. Subsequently, the Constitution's Bill of Rights protects the rights of American citizens from our own government.

  4. DeSantis states that the "WOKE" movement is a "war on the truth." Like, that's not terrifyingly alarming? I guess this means that DeSantis and the rest of his conservative G.O.P. clan are afraid of the truth. Not surprising, though. The Republican mantra is doublespeak, cheat, lie, deny, deflect, minimize, and slander. It's what they do best.

  5. If you are talking about Trump, it will never happen. Trump is the epitome of a sociopathic narcissist. He doesn't care about anyone else but himself. He feels no true/real sympathy or empathy for anyone. He is a histrionic, malignant, and grandiose narcissist.
