  3. How so? Why do you say that? I thought President Joe Biden's State of the Union Address was inspiring, morale-boosting, and for the most part, truthful. Definitely a uniter. One can not deny that in comparison to Donald Trump who incidented division among both the American people and the world both politically and environmentally, and who promoted homophobia, misogyny, negativity, racism, and xenophobia, just to name a few, you get non of that with Joe Biden. Biden is what a President should be.
