  2.  @NarutoShirobonHinata  I agree. The 2nd Amendment desperately needs to be amended to better reflect the times we live in. When the 2nd Amendment was ratified on December 15, 1791 no one at that time could have foreseen or predicted a pistol or rifle capable of firing multiple rounds within seconds. It's the equivalent of saying a horse-drawn carriage can not exceed 25 mph, when currently we no longer use horse-drawn carriages as a means of transportation, and we have interstate highways with posted 70 mph speed limits. In retrospect, much of the Constitution and it's Bill of Rights is antiquated, and needs the American people and the three branches of government to overhaul it.
