  1. The Representatives who participated in the "peaceful" protest were Constitutionally and legally within their rights to represent their constituents. They were merely exercising their First Amendment right to Free Speech. If expelled, they can take it to federal court, and will most likely prevail.

  2.  @lawrenceleverton7426  Sorry, man, John's got you on this one. Tit-for-tat. Besides, the Representatives were just supporting their constituents. There is nothing unconstitutional or unlawful about that - irrespective of any "Our Gang or Little Rascals" clubhouse rule.

  5. If the three Tennessee Democratic representatives are expelled from their seat Tennessee will most definitely go BLUE next presidential election. Tennessee Republicans may want to seriously consider that.
