  1. If you raise your own chickens and gather farm-fresh eggs they do not need to be refrigerated. However, store-bought eggs SHOULD be refrigerated once you bring them home, as they have been previously refrigerated.

  2. Schools are funded through tax dollars from each community. Much like roads and street lights in neighborhoods. The more the residents of a community collectively make and pay taxes, the more tax dollars go to improving schools and roadways. Think about it? What is the difference between Beverly Hills or Pacific Palisades and Compton or East LA? It's income level. When you live in a community that insists on being crime-riddened and ghettofied, what do you expect your schools to be like? And PLEASE don't blame it on race - you/they do it to yourselves/themselves. I'm sure most everyone can agree, "you reap what you sow". If you are not happy about your community...FIX IT! You don't have to live like you're in a third-world impoverished nation.

  3.  johnkiouses7140  I wholeheartedly agree. College isn't for everyone and it is not necessarily a pathway to success. Life is what one makes of it. Indeed, many successful people of all genders, races, and ethnic backgrounds have been successful with little or no higher education.

  4.  @Anna4Mae  While I agree that, yes, college should be free - at least, it would be nice if it were free. You have to look at the overall picture of things. The U.S. has the largest secondary higher education university and college system of any country on the planet - hands-down. It costs a phenomenal amount of money to operate even some of the smallest colleges and universities here. Other countries are able to offer free tuition for higher education because they charge more national, state, and local taxes. So, if you are up for paying more taxes to offset tuition costs, then by all means write your Congressperson.

  6. The "not guilty" verdict of Scott Peterson is an absolute insult to not only justice but more importantly to the victims and their family and friends. How does one go from facing 96 years in prison to a "not guilty" verdict? Disgraceful! Apparently, 17 innocent lives don't matter. This is a travesty of justice.
