  2. The Fed raises the interest rate in order to lower/curb inflation - so they say. Well, if that's the case, it isn't working. Costs everywhere are going up. Not lowering. Not staying stagnant. But, going up....and up...and up. Why don't we try lowering the Federal interest rate to, ummm, say...2% and see what that does. Granted by doing this the Treasury Dept won't generate enough revenue through taxes to support the war effort in Ukraine, nor our impending and inevitable involvement in WWIII in the coming year or two.
