  1. I just lost any respect I had for both Nikki Haley and Kid Rock. Do they not realize that although Nealy may have presented a threat to the passengers, his being subdued by Penny by means of a rear-naked choke hold alleviated that threat. By penny applying the choke hold for so long and not letting up when it was obvious that Nealy was unconscious, he committed 2nd degree manslaughter. Penny may have thought he was doing the right thing but he took it to the extreme and took the law into his own hands with extreme prejudice and malice and killed a man that was no longer a threat to him. Had Penny simply subdued Nealy to the point of unconsciousness or kicked him in the nards, and had other passengers restrain Nealy until the next stop, Penny wouldn't be in any trouble, And we wouldn't be hearing about this tragic incident night after night in the news.
