  3. Time and time again Russia has targetted civilans since the start of this war. Nothing surprising anymore. Russia has been at it since the Chechenya and Georgian wars. Russia's old immoral habits are still there. The late Dudayev was right about the Russian disease ("Russism"), and he also prophetically predicted Ukrainian resistence to Russia.
