  1. So, a new law for people that are deemed already illegal because of the law . However we can’t enforce that law , so a new law is to be pushed through the law courts and put on the statute of laws , so THIS new law CAN apply , and be applied where it is applicable within the law ? Makes sense now . Either that or we could use the army and navy to physically stop these people, like in any other invasions? Just an idea . I’m sure a new law would have stopped The Normans .
