He is alleged to have founded the Wagner Group, with his own call-sign reportedly being Wagner. Utkin has received four Orders of Courage of Russia. Sounds like a fitting replacement as the Russian state funded all of Wagner according to Putin, but there are the matters of the illegal invasion of Ukraine in 2014, PMCs being unconstitutional defense forces in Russia, and Utkin's neo-Nazi tattoos.
