  2.  @GokouZWAR  Iirc Putin said the traitorous terrorist rebels were free to sign a contract with the Russian army to legally murder people abroad, go to Belarus and maybe try to prove they could take Kyiv, or simply go home. Rumours say their families were threatened, but given all the dead Russians including 12 pilots they don't seem to care much about avoiding bloodshed or they'd have stuck to feeding instead of bombing people.
