  2.  @SY-ok2dq  So all rice needs to be fortified and everyone needs to eat the right amount of it instead of popping the correct amount directly for 25 cents a day.

  3.  @SY-ok2dq  I know and government tampering worked fine, but nowadays people are spoiled enough to live exclusively on fries and bottled water if they choose to, so might miss some fortified stuff.
