  1. 20:00 You should prepare a simple script explaining calmly: 1: They're being scammed. 2: They should turn off their computer. 3: Now that they're safe with you keeping their phone busy, you could help them remove TeamViewer. Even if the scammer connect first you can shut down TeamViewer. 4: Tell them to block foreign numbers if they don't have any friends of family there. Alternatively disable the ring and use an answering machine to screen calls. 5: Assure them they are safe as long as they don't listen to pushy salespeople or (usually foreign) scammers.
