  38.  @kaf696  Remember that rural internet access and decent cell phone cameras are pretty recent, and Ukraine might have a better infrastructure than Iraq and Afghanistan, having had more freedom. UAE hiring Shoigu's Patriots in Yemen isn't in the news as much because that isn't likely to start global nuclear war leading to the likely death of us.
