@shroomer3867 "master" implies "slave", and slavery bad. Anyway, "main" saves one letter and is more clear about which branch is the destination for most code.

I spent 3 months (actually 1 day) on a design change i had to revert last minute because it broke a frontend test. Most of that time was spent waiting for the PR to be approved.

Do some research and give him an estimate for how long it would take you if his deadline is too strict. That's a standard part of Scrum, which even small companies are copying nowadays.
