@valenrn8657 Strange that the USA dropped the ball on that war criminal despite him being wanted by the FBI. At least Russia forces some into the front or ground.

@valenrn8657 Anraat was sentenced by the Hague, which might explain why the FBI dropped the ball despite him being on their wanted list. Neither USA or Russia recognize the international court in the Hague.
