Russia broke Ukraine's borders in 2014 so nukes are back on the menu, which Atomwaffen Division probably supports, but the East side neo-Nazis like Wagner's Alexey Milchakov already have on their side. I guess a post-apocalyptic world fits violent groups better than the people in Kiev's growing gay/peace parades.

Only Russia appears to and says it does though, see Grads, Hamas-style hit and run rocket attacks on Kherson, and interview with puppy killer Alexey Milchakov, Russian neo-Nazi war criminal and co-leader/co-founder of DShRG Rusich of the Wagner Group.
