  50. @qya050Wait, just checking the validity of a SSN would probably exclude 80% of illegals from working AND have at least some money going to taxes. Fake ID's are already illegal and they do prosecute for that. But checking a SS card and a state ID/driver's license as you would any other employee, resolves only most of the the problem, would be good enough. Further checking goes against our constitution, IMO and I don't like that for anybody. Actually checking a potential employee's facebook should be illegal. Fining the shit out of an employer who knowingly employs an illegal is not 100% cure all but, I am guessing would stop 80, but even 50 percent (on the low side) would be a huge improvement.
