At the time, we were just dissecting ads, for the language style, claims, supporting facts. There are only like 7 techniques to produce propaganda, I don't remember them all now. One is "jump on the bandwagon, everybody is doing it." Do you know the rest? This was the thesis of that text and I have used it ever since, and it does apply to anything you read or hear; WHO is telling me this? WHY are they telling me this? WHAT could they want from me? It really IS THAT SIMPLE.

I do NOT understand why no one will back her, she is a winning horse. Why doesn't she just hire a writer or two, a few out of work actors, and do a low production cost show, and find some way to air it? Maybe just a "pay per view" situation? Immediately the Colleges and Universities, immediately double tuition, tripled, quadrupled everything they could even the books could not be used from on semester to the next. This cost is now probably 10 times what most boomers paid. Many boomers could even work part-time jobs and pay tuition, room and board at a state university. The Educational Industrial Complex should be held responsible for offering useless degrees and pushing this on the impressionable youth. They are the predators to those who are not even legally adults. If you look at these higher learning schools you will be shocked to see their portfolios! They are responsible, not the taxpayer.
