  1.  @HK-zf7op  you are technically correct. In 2019, the law made Ukrainian mandatory for certain jobs including civil service jobs. There are exceptions for English and others, but not Russian. In Ukraine's defense, why would they need an exception for Russian when they are actively exterminating all Russian speaking people.
