  11.  JK F1  if you look at the video, pelosi and schumer had a plan based on expert (ie. dhs people in charge at the border) recommendations that included drone surveillance, staffing, training and other tech improvements but trump didn't want to hear it. this has always been the counter-argument to building a wall. stop repeating talking points and find the truth.
