  1. This guy's opinion is not convincing for 2 reasons: 1) russian losses have never been unusually high and 2) the MOD publishes Wagner casualties along with regular army so they're not hiding anything.

  2. ​ @jamesmorrow1646 I've seen that strategy attributed to Shoigu in reports going back about 5 months. I have seen it discussed on various channels but there's so much noise in current search results im having trouble finding citations. At the time it seemed pretty obvious to me. I'm sure you can find them if you're willing to spend the time.
